Singular and unique
Elegant and surprising, harmony of matured sweetness…
Cherry red colour, dense and deep with slight shiny glints.
Aromas of dried fruits and ripe red fruit. Notes of vainilla with hints of cacao and toffee.
Very expressive. Fresh and voluptuous and round with a pleasant sweetness on the palate. The jammy taste of mature fruit combines well with the typical tannins of the Montsant region. An elegant finish with a long slightly sweet after taste with well rounded tannins resulting from the mature skins.
A fantastic free style wine that can be paired with both meat and fish, with fruit and any kind of dessert.
Variety: 40% Red Grenache – 50% Carignan – 10% Grey Grenache
